Welcome to Nicky's Atelier! We are excited to have you join us for our creative workshops. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read through our terms and conditions carefully before booking. By booking a workshop with us, you agree to the following terms:

• All workshop bookings must be made via our website.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Special offers or discounts, such as refer-a-friend programs, must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively added.

• We do not offer refunds for cancelled bookings. However, you may receive a credit that can be applied to any future workshop.
• To qualify for a credit, you must cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop will not be eligible for a credit.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• In the event that Nicky’s Atelier cancels a workshop, full credits will be provided for a future workshop of your choice.

• Nicky’s Atelier reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the date of any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrolment).
• In such cases, attendees will be notified via email or text message. You will receive a full credit to use for another workshop.
• Nicky’s Atelier is not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel expenses) as a result of workshop cancellations.

• If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop.
• Transfers are subject to availability and approval by Nicky’s Atelier.

• We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees. Please follow any health and safety guidelines provided during the workshop.
• Nicky's Atelier is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during workshops. Attendees participate at their own risk.

• For most workshops, all materials are provided unless otherwise stated in the workshop description. If you are required to bring your own materials, this will be clearly communicated prior to the workshop.
• Any materials provided during the workshop are for in-class use only unless specified otherwise.

• By attending a workshop, you consent to Nicky’s Atelier taking photographs or videos during the session. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know at the start of the workshop.

• Nicky’s Atelier is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during workshops.
• Please take care of any personal belongings, and notify staff if you notice any issues during the workshop.

• Workshops are open to participants of all skill levels, though some workshops may have specific age restrictions. These will be clearly stated in the workshop description.
• For workshops involving children, parental consent is required at the time of booking. In some cases, a parent or guardian may be required to attend alongside the child, depending on the workshop.

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for the purposes of managing your booking and sending relevant communications. • Nicky’s Atelier is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics).
• In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule workshops or offer credits for future events.
